Healthy Living at the Elements
The ultimate goal of environmentally responsible construction is health - the health of homeowners and the local ecological community.

Air Quality
The Elements offer tightly-sealed homes with exceptional indoor air quality. The extensive sealing of air ducts reduces drafts, moisture, pollen, pests and noise. In addition to eliminating the threat of mold and mildew, a tightly-sealed home dramatically reduces airborne dust and other allergens, making home life more comfortable for those who suffer from allergies, asthma, and other respiratory ailments.

Healthy Living
With 1,400 feet of walking trails on the property and plenty of community gardens, there’s every reason to get outside, stretch your legs and enjoy nature. The community grilling and picnic area features a wood pellet grill. Fueled by chemical-free wood pellets, the grills produce less smoke, are more efficient, and offer substantial reduction in benzopyrene, a carcinogenic chemical deposited by gas and charcoal grills.

Bike Trails
The connection of The Elements to the future Richland Greenway bike trail will allow you to easily navigate the greater Greenville area by bicycle. Part of the Greenville Trails and Greenways Master Plan, the extensive network of paths is designed to offer residents a viable choice to walk or bike for local trips and improve health and fitness. Destination points including Bob Jones University, Timmons Park, downtown Greenville, Cleveland Park, Falls Park and Paris Mountain will be easily accessed by foot or bike.
